I build community for the leaders of our communities.

For years I struggled with finding a consistent community of leaders. Different schools, churches, and organizations had short lived groups designed around a project or event, but I needed something that was specifically designed to help me grow as a leader in a community of leaders.

I started Alakaʻi Collective to create this community for you.

I believe leaders don't need more inspiration — they need space to reflect honestly, community to grow alongside, and accountability that honors both people and results. That belief is what Alakaʻi Collective was built on.

I work with leaders at every stage - aspiring, emerging, mid-level, and executive. I hold a deep commitment to working with a diversity of leaders, especially AAPI and BIPOC leaders navigating cultural responsibility and visibility in systems not always designed for them.

Through coaching, training, consulting, and more - my life’s purpose is to build a community for the leaders of our communities.
